Ok so I am fuming. Listening to the news tonight and the stats out on rural poverty. In rural ireland 350,000 experiencing poverty including those over 65. Over 150,000 in dire poverty. And they talk about growth. Ffs. The only reason there are less people on the live register is:- a) the employable have emigrated b) internships are taking people off the live register and of course this reduces the figures and we all condemn sweat shops well somebody tell me how abusing and demoralising people by paying them a pittance is right and just. And then add water charges???????
