Ok so I dont usually rant on Face Book but today I just must! Why would our state representative think that he could fill out (or not) an application form with a state agency and leave half the fields blank? Does he think he is above providing the same information as the taxpayers who pay his wages? Does he think we can or should fill in the blanks for him? Can he not figure out what information is required to complete the notification process? I am puzzled and this is not the first time I have received incomplete documents from this source. It makes me wonder about how good of a job he is doing in Salem for our hard earned dollars. Ok, Im done now.
