Ok, so I have been playing guitar for 3 years and to sum it up: 1st year: Learning chords, songs, a bit of soloing 2nd: Extensive soloing, learning theory, mastering the chord changes and chord alternatives, started fingerstyle... 3rd year: a very fast paced learning of fingerstyle, I started by tabs but later on learned a bit of very useful tricks myself and I started arranging. To be honest much of my arrangements are utter bullshit (sorry for the expression) but they are musically correct... Basically I have 1 or 2 years before college and I really want to extend my guitar knowledge rapidly so I can hopefully enter the world of good guitarists and be able to pay off college from the guitar buisness. I say this because Im certain that I have the potential for a guitarist that can really make something different. Now what I ask of you is that we start to share tips and tricks here because many of us really cant afford lessons or in my case dont have a credit card so I can subscribe to virtuosso guitarist lessons. If I can get a few people that will support me in this I will share my secrets, tips and tricks with all of you.
