Ok so I know I might get some shit for posting this on Comic Book Day, BUT Brian Michael Bendis was on Late Night with Seth Meyers yesterday to talk about the upcoming PSN show Powers. He also briefly mentioned the big Marvel mashup, and Seth Meyers brought up Miles Morales. So, this may be kind of a stretch, but: Bendis was very positive when they were talking about Morales and Ultimate Spider-Man (He even dropped Donald Glovers name, which was cool to me #SpiderGambino). Bendis talked about how it just makes sense that Spider-Man would be a person of color given his background as a lower-middle-class NYC kid. SO ... can we speculate from this that Morales will ultimately (pun not intended, but encouraged) survive in the long term? Im not current in the Spider-Verse event, BUT Do you guys think there is a possibility that we will have TWO Spider-Men after Secret Wars (2: Electric Boogaloo)? Could we have current capitalist inventor, Peter Parker, and awesome street-level hero MIles Morales existing in the same universe indefinitely? https://youtube/watch?v=v68S1duV66M
