Ok so I start eating salads for lunch to watch my weight. First question is how do you eat a salad without cheese, eggs, bacon bits, then I look up how many calories in the dressing. 160 for 2 Tablespoons, shit that just shot my whole plan who in the hell can have only 2 tablespoons of dressing on a salad seriously, mine are more like 6. Damn guess Ill eat a Milky Way Candy Bar, same calories and much more satisfying.
