Ok so I thought Dish was a crappy company let me tell u about our experience with directv today. They scheduled our install for 12-4 today. I bn sitting around all day missed my son practice waiting. Got a call at 3:30 saying the tech would b a LITTLE late and would arrive between 4-5. Then they called saying 4-8. He then shows up now which it is 9pm. Saying he is here to do the install and it will take 4 hrs to complete, where they do that at.
