Ok, so I was asked by Kathy Kindel Stabile to list 8 things you may not know about me. Here goes... 1. I studied classical ballet at a Russian ballet school in New York and auditioned for The Nutcracker (Thank you, Ernie Canadeo, for driving me all the way to Massapequa every week!) 2. I still have my worn and torn Capezio ballet toe shoes in my original ballet box with lambs wool and take them out and do a few pirouets once in a while. 3. I buried a time capsule in my backyard in Westbury, but never had the chance to dig it up before we moved. 4. My daughter, Gia Doxey, and I started our own Thanksgiving community service project years ago, where we bake and deliver pumpkin pies on Thanksgiving morning to our local police and fire departments to say thank you for their service. 5. Ive written childrens songs but never had them published. 6. While studying journalism and public relations at The University of Florida, I was elected to a research team to design and distribute the first radon gas test kits and test market the first walk-in clinics. 7. Back in the day, I was a business manager for Christian Dior (LVMH) and won several awards for highest sales increase in the country. 8. I work for The EGC Group as a public relations consultant and write for a trade publication as a ghost writer. Thank you, again, Ernie, for the great opportunity!)
