Ok, so I was given 10 by Jamie and 13 by another that I cannot remember or find on the wall. This one is a bit more serious than the other one. 1. I was PTA president for my daughters school for 2 years. It was tough and overwhelming and put me way out of my comfort zone. That being said and the fact that I was the worst PTA president since Carter aside, I wouldnt trade the experience for anything. I met some incredible people, made some awesome friends and have a whole new respect for what a principal goes through. I miss the people there a lot. 2. I am denser than a black hole. I dont catch hints or see the obvious. Not even neon signs or sign twirlers would help. It drives people crazy. 3. I want a new career. 4. I hate computers. I hate working on them. I hate working with them. I despise everything about them. Except facebook, of course, yall are awesome! 5. It makes me uncomfortable to be thanked for things like presents or favors or things I do for people. I dont do it for thanks and I never have a good response. That makes things difficult for when I send something. I want to know it arrived and they got it, but I dont want the thanks for it. 6. You can call me lots of things and Ill blow it off but the fastest way to get me to no longer want anything to do with you is to tell me Im dumb/stupid. That is something I wont accept from anyone. 7. I am an avid recycler for the simple reason that it just doesnt make sense to me to put something into the ground that can be reused. 8. I almost always give to the beggars. My pact with God is to help where I can. What they do with my charity is between them and God. 9. I dont care one lick about gay marriage. The bottom line is this: 2 dudes in Seattle get married. That impacts your marriage exactly how??? Do you love your wife/husband any less? No? Then its not hurting marriage. 10. I miss coaching soccer. Now that I work in Charlotte, I wont have time for it again unless I get a job in Salisbury or I retire. That stinks. 11. I believe that you should be able to sell/trade your organs like your kidneys or part of your liver. It goes to ownership. Do you own your body? The first right of ownership is the right to sell what you own. If you are not the owner of your body, then who is? 12. I think this world was MUCH better off when people just minded their own darned business. 13. Finally, I love the Lord God with all my heart. But I despise those stupid pictures that say try to guilt you into liking them by telling you Like this or youre voting for satan. Ive started eliminating pages from my wall for those pictures. Not liking your pictures is NOT the same as cheering satan. Get a freaking grip. Sooo, Ill have to see how many friends I lose on this one lol.
