Ok so Im no vocal coach but as a singer I wonder if she had a chest infection as I have had the same kinda problem in the past as not to cancel I have performed whilst being ill to find that when you sing your voice gets more and more hoarse and then you struggle to breathe and hit the higher notes. It is a horrible feeling and is very uncomfortable and sometimes painful. She looks a bit stressed and has problems with her in ear monitors. Also if she is performing outside then certain temperatures can cause you to become breathless and limit your vocal range. The problem is even if she did admit to being ill she would just get slated for trying to cover up and make excuses for what some will see as a bad performance. Now If Im wrong and she has totally lost it which I cant see happening but it could happen, she must have abused her voice quite bad to lose something so naturally good. Just my opinion ☺️
