Ok so a little story about work tonight. Ive got 2 more days of training before we start taking live calls. So they do these things called hot seats to prepare us for the real deal. Tonight I got picked and I was totally unprepared cause Im going on no sleep and my sons been sick again. So Im like whatever just get it over with. Well my floor sup called in this other sup to be the customer. And she was MEAN!!!!! I was so unprepared but I just kept doing what I was trained to do and remembered my exp from Sears. But she was relentless.She even did the name calling thing. I literally wanted to cry but I kept going and finished. When I was done my trainer, my floor sup and the sup that gave me such a hard time told me it was the best hot seat theyve had. They said I sounded like a veteran and my floor sup told the class that if they all handled the custs like I did thered be no problems on his team and that theyre fast tracking promotions right now then he looked at me and said he could see a future supervisor. I was like so relieved just to get thru that and I thank Jesus for letting me remember how to cope with these people when I just wanted to walk out lol. So yeah kind of proud of myself :)
