Ok so didnt get a chance to update yesterday. Paytons platelets are 78,000. We saw Dr. Troup regarding a possible retethering of his spinal cord. He does have an increase of fatty phylum and he does have a ton of scar tissue and junk in his spine. He could not confidently say his ongoing issues is tethered cord again. He wants to wait until we see GI and speak to Urologist again to confirm If these issues are ongoing from damage from the tumor or if this all roots to his cord again and if so then Troup will consider going in and looking around. He said it is a possibility he could have tethered above original fix or scar tissue could be interfering. He also believes all the burning pains he is having is due to neuropathy and the oncologists will have to figure out a medicine that will not interfere with his platelets. Thankful for no surgery for now but technically no definite answers again. On a good note no doctor appts next week! Woo hoo!
