Ok, so, its Monday night. Share with me your goals for the week please. Health, fitness, nutrition, personal, professional, whatever it is. Id like to see that you write your goals down, even if its here - cuz the universe will listen. Then I would like you to share 1-2 action steps you will take this week to make them happen. Heres mine. I LOVE fitness, gardening, cooking and spending time with my crazy, lovable husband (not necessarily in that order). I also love helping people achieve their goals. So - my priority is being healthy and fit (not skinny - for me that isnt healthy - for other it may be) Im fit and healthy - then I can help others achieve the same - and I have the energy to cook - and Spiro can be my taste tester (my dad would be proud - he was always my taste tester - Spiro is doing a great job taking over). What do you want to accomplish this week? One small thing?
