Ok, so last night I had a sore throat and achy. Today I had a full blown fibromyalgia flare. It hit me about the time I got to the Estradas. I was and still am in such total pain involving my whole body. It feels like someone hammered me with a sledge and has not stopped.. Sore throat is back, So totally fatigued all day I feel like I cannot move. I was freezing all day and it was what, 93 in Tucson. I have a wonderful family though. I was on the loveseat kicked back with two fairly heavy, warm blankets, on of them doubled. I decided I was NOT going home. My feet were still cold like a frozen butterball turkey.Danita gave me one of those butt warmers that has dried beans sewn up in it and you heat it in microwave. Sure helped my feel. I stayed and had a good time. Watched all of General Conference and a little bit of the football game., lots of good food (although I was not very hungry), lots of good company and a birthday cake for those who were there who had birthdays in Sept and Oct. I am home now and going to bed way early. Skipping the swimming tomorrow and going to try to stay in bed and get over this stupid flare. Oh, and I may just hook up my electric blanket!!!!
