Ok, so more and more often lately Ive been really losing my belief in the efficacy of acupuncture, and feeling like my entire practice and schooling was one giant waste of time and money, but some days I get a really magnificent reminder that what Im doing is actually legitimate in many ways. A week ago a new client came to me recently diagnosed with Bells Palsy, the entire side of her face was paralyzed and droopy, couldnt blink or drink out of a cup without drooling, her Drs told her she had a pretty moderate case - and the Western medical treatment for this condition is: NOTHING. After 4 treatments over the past week her face is 90% back to normal, no joke, 90%, you wouldnt know off hand at all by looking at her that her face was paralyzed just a week ago. So yeah, I had to share, Im feeling a bit more inspired because of it, please think of me if youre looking for an Acupuncturist.
