Ok, so my neighbors saw this poor guy being kicked around by the kids outside, they came to my front door to ask if I could help, I went outside and saw them kicking him so I automatically grabbed him. Hes got so many ticks and so dirty its not even funny. Hes definitely been on the street for a while. Im getting him cleaned up at the moment and his hair was falling out in the shower. I got all the ticks off. Got him some itch relief spray. When I was washing him I noticed his tail had been broken. Anyone know wjatvi can do after this? I dont think putting up signs will help because hes not from the neighborhood and hes been on the streets for at least a week or more....
