Ok so quick update...yesterday my left calf muscle wasnt 100% so I had to skip my jumping program and work upperbody... 2 days of upper body (yesterday and today)...stretched my legs out heaps and this morning before end of workout stretches I wanted to see how my progress was coming along....Lorna-Marie....how is my form? Is my head too far forward?? Training has NEVER been this much fun!!! It is great to feel like you can achieve something when you block out the I cant do it mentality!! Living, loving and laughing!!!
