Ok so the Taxpayer Advocacy Group was no help, they tell me that my tax return I did myself in 2012 was tagged as identity theft although I verified all the information on there and it took them 8 additional weeks last year to process my return and found that all is well. So now here we are in 2013 and they now say due to my 2012 tax return they want to make sure my identity has not been stolen and that they are going to take their time to review my return if in 30 days I have not heard from them then to call back and Ive been told that they have a right to do this and there is nothing I can do about it. Just lost a lot faith IRS they let people do so many drops and get so much money but a hard working honest tax payer cant get the little refund I am going get. All I can do is smh
