Ok, so the flooring guy finally made it to my house around noon today (after I waited for them all day yesterday and since 8 am this morning). Upon his arrival he decides to just cut out the bad board and glue a new one down. As he was leaving, I discovered 2 more damaged boards. He started "fixing them" and managed to jack up 5 more boards. After calling the lady at lowes and discussing these issues, I finally had to ask him to leave. Now I have a big gap of flooring missing and my frustrations are at a new high. I really hope the next installers they send me can fix the mess these guys have made. 󾌣
