Ok so the general consensus is that scrap the middle ones and the two outer ones are pretty much even with how nice they are ;) so what I have decided is I will keep both methods, the one on the left, (mint chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream) as my recipe if a large cake is ordered and the one on the right (Chocolate cake with mint buttercream and chocolate ganache drizzled on top) for cupcake orders. I will do a new batch of these mint cupcakes ready for sale on Friday. If you would like to order a box they will be available for $10 per box of 6.
