Ok so weve had request for a fitness challenge to go along with the sugarfree challenge. So this month beginning tomorrow we are starting the Burpee sugarfree challenge. Coupling the two together will increase your results. Consider adding a mile or half mile run before each days set. Remember its not about how fast you finish as long as you finish. For those going into month 2 be prepared for even bigger changes. Lets make it happen party people.
