First fry meats with a little oil, dice onions and bellpepper, also the Serrono. Add too meat, then season until veggies is tender and meat brown. Drain a little oil from cook meat, then add dice tomatoes, cup of white wine, and chopped garlic. Let cook on medium low for about....i say 25 minutes. At this time boil your spaghetti noodles, after noodels done, drain from water add a little at a time to meat mixture, combine slowly, then add super mushroom ragu sauce. Combine slowly, you want it kinda thick, now add alot of cheese, cover, simmer for ten more minutes then tah-dahhh
