Ok this is not CI related and as I dont have any CI at the moment I will not be using it for this, but I am in need of some advice and as this is a large group of people thought someone might have an idea. I have a friend that I just found out is GF and I was going to make some quick bread for her family for Christmas which calls for all purpose flour what can I us in place is there an all purpose GF flour that I could get or will I have to mix a couple different types of flour?
