Ok, this may be a long post....To my Muttter and Mutter-in law (German), On Mothers Day...My Mutti raised 5 children alone....my eldest brother is a teacher, my older brother; a florist; my younger sister, a Postal Worker, Vice - President of her local union, and a reservist in the U.S. Army; my baby sister..a Pharmacology major....I retired from the Army after 22 years service. My Mother-in-Law raised seven children in post-war Germany. No crimminal acts, no divorces, no drug addictions, in some of the most difficult situations....despite what some consider oppressing poverty these Mothers prevailed......I love and miss them both, so much!!
