Ok time to get on my soapbox, and I will apologize up front if I sound like a smart ass. One of my biggest pet peeves is people saying my lenses are so expensive, and not cheap like other companies. I know they are not for everybody, but let me take this time to explain the difference between my lenses and other companies lenses (stamped lenses). All my lenses that are presented here and on my website at samhaincontactlenses are completely custom hand painted lenses to fit the individual who purchases them. My lenses are not, and never have been machined stamped, or foreign made lenses. Every lens I use comes from the best U.S. contact lens company where they are lathed cut to my specifications upon your prescription so I may then paint on them. To create a pair of these lenses takes a lot of time, effort and money. We are a small company (my wife and I) and it takes everything we have to try and make this company successful. So in conclusion you can pay a little more for a one of a kind custom piece of art, or you can go cheap and something everyone has. Im off my soapbox now, thank you for your time. P.S. Also a majority of stamp lenses can not be purchased in prescription. My lenses can be made to fit standard script as well as astigmatism.
