Ok, today I get papers in the mail from my old insurance agents office for policy cancellation request with a note to sign and return. I look at the papers and they have the wrong information on them for the companies, policy type and policy numbers. I call the agents office and talk to the agents secretary and tell her the information is wrong. She replied, well we need them signed to cancel the policies. I replied the information is wrong on the papers and told her again what was wrong. Her reply, well if you dont want to sign them, we cant make you. You can just throw them away. Hope you have a nice day. I replied have a nice day and hung up. How does this woman have a job? I never said I didnt want to sign them! I told her the information is wrong. You would think she would of said we will send you out papers with the correct information on for you to sign. SMH
