Ok tonight we talked about building on the Rock and not in the sand. Putting our trust in God and to worship him no matter what our circumstances are or the storms that come our way we stand and trust God. Job was an example of never wavering in his faith in God. All he lost and suffered he never sinned or blamed God for it. He kept his integrity. But now his wife was a different story, she told her husband to curse God and die. Thats all thats ever said about her but she sure gets alot of usage. I was thinking tonight, she had lost as much as Job all her children, maybe grandchildren. A home, a station in life, friends, this was a woman that had nothing left either. The pain she must have been going through had to be most awlful. To lose a child is one thing but all of them- oh my. Im not saying what she said was right but I dont know what I would have said. But you know God obviously didnt hold it against her she had more children and got to enjoy them along with Job. I just think for a woman in so much pain she gets judged harshly. What do you all think? Am I crazy? Lol
