Ok well since I cant sleep Im gonna make a post regarding our newest cousin Henderson Trucking. I have heard reports from both sides .Our guys n gals blaming their drivers for lack of freight . There drivers saying Prime drivers are being rude etc. Here are the facts folks: Mergers suck... It is alot like a divorced parent getting remarried and now you the only kid have brothers and sisters and you have to learn to share the bathroom. Ive heard lots of whining and and complaining . Please keep in mind Henderson drivers where not in the board room when this deal happened. They didnt have any say in what actually took place .Just like any other day the woke up and where told hey guess what ...your gonna be the new kids on the block at Prime. Just as we did..Now we should be or most of should be used to this .From the TRL to O&S. .and few all the way back to the RoCor Days. I would ask that everyone just remember We Are Family. And as all families do we are gonna grow cause we are just that good. So during this holiday season , I would like to suggest that you keep in mind that Henderson Drivers are just that Drivers just like us . Now that being said Henderson drivers ...it may be beneficial to let down your gaurd a bit .Try some kindness ..Majority of Prime drivers I know and associate with are really decent awesome folks ...Most of us will be more than glad to help out if ask. I think the one thing we can all agree on is Henderson trailers suck... Lets just keep some basic kindness in mind and know that we as a Prime family are blessed Merry Christmas And Happy New Year !!! Now go hug a Henderson Driver !!!
