Ok, what is the solution to this?? Last night my friends United flight for tonight got cancelled due to lack of crew. He was offered a flight the next day that would force him to miss a important event. That flight was booked thru Priceline. So...we scramble and find one last flight out on Southwest at an even better price then the first ironically and book it. Due to having to scramble with the evenings flight an hour or so of business networking was missed also I might add. Now at 4:41am United as rescheduled the flight for approx. the same time but we already cancelled that flight last night leaving it up in the air whether we would get a refund or not. Nightmare. If Priceline will not refund go thru credit card??
