Ok yall, I need some help. I have a tooth that I believed was cracked and on Friday it broke but has not fallen out. I dont have dental insurance so I am looking for a dentist that is gentle (since I am a baby when it comes to anything dental) and possibly will allow me to make payments. I dont know if it can be fixed or just needs to be pulled or what other issues I may have. Would like to find one in the Mount Airy, Pilot or Dobson areas if possible. Thanks!
