Ok yall myast update was a fast one because I was trying to get mom into the hospital for blood work. So here is the total run down of what is going on. Mom had her 2nd radiation treatment today. It went well. She will have them every day Monday thru Friday for the next 2 1/2 weeks. After radiation today she went to her first oncology appt. He was very nice. They did her vitals and weight check. Last week on wed she was weighed and she weighed 118lbs. Today just 7 days later she weighed 108. She has lost 10 lbs in a week 😕 not good. The Dr came in and looked at her leg and said that it look bad and it is very angry. It was bleeding and weeping fluid. We then looked at her ct a scan and he saw the mass in her lung. He is concerned.they called right away and she is scheduled for pet scan this Friday at 8am. One they get the results if the mass reads hot or glows as they say then she will have a biopsy done on her right lung. Then they took her and did blood work there at the office. Her CBC came back in 5 mins and her blood count is 6.9 and it should be between 12 and 16. Her red blood cell count is 2.89 and it should be 4 to 12. They sent her to have her blood typed and crossed and she will be having a blood transfusion in the morning at 10am. She fell today trying to get from the chair to the wheel chair But I caught her before she hit the floor. Thank the Lord. She is very weak and a little confused. I want to thank everyone for their love prayers and support. I will never be able to say how much it means. We love you all. #teammeme
