Okay - sharing a tip for those who find new bath towels tend not to dry as well as they should. They kinda just smear water around your skin rather than soak up - The solution is to occasionally give them a cold-water wash with no soap or softener. Instead put two tablespoons of dish-washing Liquid in the machine. This cuts the greasy build up and makes them absorbent - the normal rinse cycle takes away the dish-washing liquid so nothing more needed... Thanks to staff at Spotlight for this cure
