Okay Everybody....I am announcing that I am looking into reopening the Real Estate School in Kingsport again here in a couple of months. I have had numerous request from prior students and I am listening. I will be offering Pre License Education for you to obtain your license and several online courses along with paper courses. I try to be humble but I did offer quality and it resulted in me having the highest pass rate for the state exam but I do share 22 years of active experience in real estate. Again, I am trying to be humble but these are the statistics. It will take me a couple of months to put it all together and get my courses approved for Tennessee and Virginia. The target date will be in March. So if you want your real estate license or need continuing education or know of somebody wanting to get into the business keep me in mind. Again, this will be Tennessee and Virginia. The new school will be call The Real Estate Training and Education Center which will be a subsidiary of The Little Red Schoolhouse of Real Estate....... I look forward to seeing you this year!!!!
