Okay FB peeps, first off before I tell you my highlights and misconceptions about what I thought about Jesus, let me thank my very special friend Voinca Vicki Balan for taking me to this awesome place and sticking with me all the way. I will say this is one of the holiest place I have been and people from all over come to experience. Where do I begin? Lets start with Israel and Palestine. That is something serious within itself. I was afraid and I thought at one point that we were done because the fight for control is something serious. I saw every stop Jesus made until his death carrying the cross. When you hear of Jerusalem, Mt of Olives, Mt. Sinai, and Mt. Zion etc., I thought they were far apart from each other but in actuality, they are all right there together. But the rugged terrains and the path to the death of Jesus was one of steepness and hard and I saw the 3 stops he made when he fell with the cross. I saw where the woman who had been sick for 12 years wiped the face of Jesus and her name was Veronica. I saw where Jesus actually died and the blood ran down. I went inside the borrowed tomb of Jesus and prayed. The first chamber was for the angels and the second is where his body laid. I saw where the rope with the bell tied on it that in case the body moved the bell would ring. The stone itself is still preserved behind a glass case to protect the integrity of it. I got chills just kneeling and praying where the body of Jesus laid. Its so much stuff I guess I will just update as I go.
