Okay, Fairland students and teachers, Im curious about something. For middle school and high school students, the rule on shorts length is a dollar bill length from the top of the knee, correct? I also heard that leggings are not acceptable unless worn under shorts or a skirt of appropriate length. My questions are - why does it seem like the dress code doesnt apply to everyone? My husband is at the school more than I am, and he said he sees girls wearing short skirts/shirts quite often. If leggings arent okay, what about skinny jeans? Lastly, why can cheerleaders wear their uniforms, which are waaayyyy shorter and more revealing than anything my kids would wear to school? With so many rules, uniforms would be easier! My kids have super long legs, its pretty much impossible to find shorts long enough, but I dont want to make them wear jeans all year!
