Okay Hannibal peeps! I am looking for a responsible, trustworthy person or family to rent my home in Hannibal. I would prefer someone who is highly recommended, can pay first and last months rent up front, can provide references, pass a background check, and who will pay the utilities. I can keep utilities in my name or transfer to them. Utilities are very responsible with this house. It is a three bedroom house, about 1200 square feet. It has a wet basement , a detached garage, and a fenced in backyard. It is pet friendly and could come partially furnished. I would also be willing to sell it or do a contract to buy to a trustworthy person. I plan to ask a very reasonable $400 per month, but would ask them to maintain property as part of the renters contract....that is mowing, snow removal, general maintenance and repairs. House will probably not be ready until late October or November......unless they are willing to let me have access to finish up moving some stuff. Will come with stove and refrigerator for sure, could also include couch, love seat, entertainment center, tv, bed, dressers, etc. if you know any good candidates, have them text me at 5738229710.
