Okay I am going on a rant this morning........I couldnt believe what I heard on this news yesterday evening....Now, here are churches in Metro Nashville opening their doors to feed the homeless and to give them a warm place to stay...Do you know how much work is required to prepare for that....Then when everything is ready for the homeless Metro says oh NO, NO you cant do that. You dont have a permit......WHAT??? They are preparing to do the work of the Lord, feed the hungry, give them shelter from the cold and then along comes Metro throws that all aside because they are looking for the almighty dollar. It comes down to the Lords work verses money for Metro........So its more about the money for them and not the homeless. What a disgrace......People you better fall on your knees and get your priorities right......You should have given the churches the permit......Maybe you need to live under Shelby Street bridge for a few night in sub zero temps.Dear Lord NEVER let me lose sight of your love and care...........Okay I,m finished.........Thank You........
