Okay I am going to marinade the wild turkey breast and leg quarters overnight. Then the plan is to sear them in a hot cast iron pan so it seals in the juices. After that they will go into either a roasting pan or simply be wrapped in aluminum foil and baked in the oven till done. It seems logical that it will work and I really dont want to fire up the grill or have fried turkey fingers. In retrospect maybe I should have plucked it and left the skin on but there is a lot to be said about the ease of simply breasting and removing the legs.
