Okay I have always been the type of person to do it and read the instructions/directions later....yep, maybe I should have read them first this time. I have a set of papers that I have to turn back into THE STATE, not rinky dink Pell City, but 1/2 of the page has white-out all over it. I even wrote a sticky note and put it on there and told them I was sorry. Lol. I bet they wont send me anymore papers to fill out.
