Okay I have to ask... what do you normally eat for breakfast? I figure if I can start my day off right I might succeed better with my food choices. I normally eat cereal or a chicken biscuit... I dont care much for healthy cereal... we have Mini Wheats, those marshmallow cereals or fruity or coco pebbles. Also how and where do you incorporate your veggies? I feel like I dont eat enough. It seems dinner is when it comes into my diet and lately not much. I feel like eating the peppers in a fajita just isnt cutting it. I really wish I could take a nutrition class and get better informed on how and what to eat. I just try to eat more raw... I know the cereal isnt raw... but thats normally it. We dont buy too much canned or boxed stuff.
