Okay, I mention that I LIED to protect my son from being pretend murdered in a game of Senior Assassin - and wondered if I had sinned. I have been reflecting on my dilemma (LOL, not really) and figure that maybe I am ethically cleared and pure. Heres what happened: Some kid called that I dont know (we know all of our sons friends). This young man asked: When will Michael Nee-a-port-e be home. He mispronounced the name, another clue that he did not know our boy. I replied: He lives with his mother. This is technically true. Then he asks, Is there a way I can track him down? (Hummm, track him down, eh? That doesnt sound good!) I replied, We havent spoke much because of the situation! (I spoke with sad tones and sorrow in my voice.) The statement, though, is actually true...the situation being that he get up early and leaves for school and I do not see him till family dinner most days! Poor kid: Oh, I am really sorry. Have a good day, okay, sir! Bless his heart...if he wasnt trying to pretend kill my son, I think he might have offered me some pastoral type counseling. Anyways, I really didnt lie...I just sort of stretched the truth and implied something. But I did not lie. And now I would like to announce my entry into politics as a candidate for the office of.....
