Okay I need to vent grrrr where to start...First WTF is going on with the killing sprees??? Momma and babies who were about to be rescued 8 great dogs yesterday and Im sure a lot more that never ran across my page grrrrr we do not get enough time :O( we need more time people ughhhhh Im so pissed right now..........Second I have I have to tell you about windstream, back in December I ask for a 2 day extention to pay my bill, the witch on the phone said no and they disconnected us. Ok fine I received a final bill in january for $115 and change, I wasnt able to pay right away so they turned us over to collections, thats fine so when I got our income tax refund I called them and they tell me I now owe $180 something hmmmmm well I told the guy I will pay my bill but Im not paying the extra money, I told him the last bill I got was for $115 and change he said I dont blame you so he said what if I can work you a deal, I told him I will pay the $115 and change right now if that is possible and he said deal, so I gave him a settlement of $120 that is with their fee. That is what he told me to pay by the way, that was in middle of february about a week later got another bill from collector called and they said it crossed that everything was fine to disregard. Today I got another letter saying I owe $66 and change geeeeze so I call tell the girl the story she sees I paid a settlement and everything is fine and she will send to supervisor to get cleared up, I mean wtf if this is ruining my credit after I have paid heads are going to roll... It Amazes me how these companies can do what they want to us and we cant do sit to them, they should have to pay fines to us for screw ups grrrrr and I wonder why my hair is falling out and my blood pressure is high ughhhhhh sorry but it had to be said........
