Okay. Im bragging. Am I bragging? Yes. Im bragging. We had phe-nom-e-nal soup tonight, if I say so myself. Sweet potato, onion, leeks, escarole, kale, and fresh ginger. With cumin pumpernickel croutons. Oh, man. Warm to my toes! Im really having a blast being the soup queen... Next week, salmon chowder, my dads recipe, which is the most elegant chowder Ive ever had...and a veggie soup...still deciding...may actually do this one again, as it was so special!
