Okay. Little pet peeve. Over the years working at keenland And meeting people i have met dozens of photograohers. Every single one has given.me the okay.to use their Images for reference material Some verbally and others directly And some are just one time deals For one.image for someones horsess portrait. I publish the work and photogs name and im done. I will not remember the photogs name. I will remember i had permission for the one time use and not republish the image again. Its also. I have gotten.a extensive collection if emails giving me permission. Its taken me fifteen years But i did indeed get quite a few permissions Then mt computer Crashed.i cant rmber every single photogs name unless they are ones ive seen regularly . Ann Eberhardt Gave me verbal permission Martin of Taylormade gave verbal.permission.Michael j martin also. I.worked with Or for Their farm or posed the horses for.bloodhorse and got permission. I have tracked down photogs and gotten their permission right and left. Some like i said i remember some not. Im understanding SOME might say NO. not yet! Every single person I have met has been generous and Never complained and given.me permission. So after all tjis one gak got upsey with me because i mentioned that i always have permission .and if i saw a photo credited to her i would have contacted her.if i wanted to use it. Im not Aware of why she got upset at me about it. Since i am.not using her photo.? There are.new photogs popping up left and right. Casey Laughter and so many i cant begin to list. But she had said also if i ever liked one i could use it. I have NYRA permission as well.my goodness. Thats My pet peeve.of the year i guess. Next thong you know im going yo have ti copyright my eyeballs.memory.banks For remembering and drawing from my Memory. Though if i was a well paid famous artist lloyds of london would insure it!
