Okay. Seriously, though, the Carol of the Day is Welcome to Our World by Amy Grant. And yes, I forgot to do it yesterday, but I havent decided upon one yet. :) I love this carol because it comes really close to mirroring my own feelings about *why* we need God in this world, and what He really did - not just for me, but for this Earth, and what it really meant that there was a divine presence that became human... for us. For me. Because He loved us just that much. This is one of the few carols that actually makes me cry - Every - Single - Time I listen to the actual lyrics. If I dont bother to think through the words, I dont weep like a little baby, but when I think about it... I cry. So here it is.
