Okay! So we played our final show with Harry and it went great!! Thanks to everyone that came out and of course Castle and Horns!! NOW we are beginning to audition drummers. Technical requirements: hard-hitting, steady-tempo, solid double bass technique (galloping double kick is judiciously spread throughout our catalog), creative sensibility and initiative (originality encouraged!!!). Personal requirements: We’re looking for a mature (this does not necessarily mean older), even tempered individual who travels well. We don’t do many long, drawn out tours, mostly a couple weeks at a time (we have jobs), long weekends (domestic and abroad) and local shows. Slough Feg has had an internally easy-going and fun demeanor between members for a long time now and we insist on keeping it that way. Discipline and punctuality are also required!!!! And BTW---you won’t make a living from this band!!!!! Must be either living in the Bay Area (or Northern California, within commuting distance) or be prepared to relocate.
