Okay, all I will say here is what everyone else will say about the reunion. That it was a wonderful time of catching up a bit, seeing old friends and meeting some new ones we went to school with but didnt know all those years ago. What I will take away from last night and today is that no matter where our lives took us, we are WSHS. Friends for life. The thing Ill remember most, besides getting enough hugs to last me for years, is when I walked into the Old Hickory Golf Club for the dinner/dance and seeing the guys and ladies dressed like it was Baccarat Night in Monte Carlo. I realized I was woefully underdressed and after talking with a couple of friends for a few minutes, slipped out the door and drove at the speed of light back home and changed into a suit and tie. When I showed up again, Meffie Love rolled her eyes and smiled as did Sheila at the door.... A little bit later John Walt tapped me on the shoulder and yelled Where have you been? I was looking for a guy in a polo shirt and khakis for an hour!!! :) And today Jack West said he looked across the room last night when I FIRST showed up and asked himself Did we invite the maintenance guy here to our reunion?? lol!!! Good times, ladies and gentlemen, good times this weekend.....
