Okay any would-be crazy monkeys! Im going to start teaching an old-but-hot ladies aerial class. The only requirement is you have to like 80s and 90s music. Dont give me any bs about not being strong enough or flexible enough. It will be fun flying and not performance based unless you want it to be. IF YOUVE BEEN DYING TO TRY AERIAL...this is for you. Whos in??? potential times: 10am on Tues or Thurs or 7:30pm on Mon. or Fri. I can promise you killer arms and abs. And I wont make you cry.
