Okay, calling on all my geekified friends again. I have a 32GB PNY USB drive that somehow became Read Only. Ive tried on both Mac (OSX 9.4) and PC (windows 8) to unlock it and make it writable again. Ive searched the Internet and tried everything recommended, but its either grayed out (Disk Utility) and cannot select (Mac) or the final step of regedit isnt available (PC) to select. I really hate the idea of throwing away 32GBs. Anyone able to help? :(
