Okay everyone, you guys were so helpful before, I thought we would keep going with the diagnostics. Everyone thought it was the lifters, so Bill cleaned them and the tapping seems to be a lot better. The car still isnt running right. So far he has changed the fuel filter, had the alternator rebuilt, as it was bad, changed the spark plugs, took off the catalytic converter, put a new air filter in, flushed the engine and put new oil and oil filter in it and made other adjustments. He is going to take off the O2 sensor and clean it. Does anyone else have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
