Okay fellow nerds and geeks. I need your help in finding an Anime. All I can remember is it takes place in what I remember as a futuristic japan. The first episode I remember the ones who keep order (military?) are surrounding a person with some sort of power that just awoke in them. Someone in a blue suit and a red suit come to save this person and bring them back to their safe house which is like this giant garden where people with this gift are safe. I hope I explained it well
